·         The Salary rates above exclude Superannuation, Commissions or Bonuses.

·         Bonuses are becoming a more prevalent way of attracting and retaining staff in Admin and PP roles and are generally team-based,  and a % of Company gross or net profits.

·         Commissions for Financial Planners may add 25-100% to Total Earnings.  A 3x earnings ratio is the norm.
