Benchmarking & Profiling is a multi-faceted process which involves a combination of Personality, Values, Motives, Attitudes, Management Style, Sales Style and Ability Testing as appropriate.
You might like to use benchmarking and/or profiling to assess an individual's training and development needs or as part of their career or management development program.
A more comprehensive process will relate to developing a benchmarking project across your whole organisation or within one of your particular Divisions or sites. This entails selecting a representative sample eg., your top 10 sales staff, and running them through a Benchmarking Battery of tests to ascertain the attributes that underpin their success.
This will then form a benchmark to which all new sales people are tested against. Candidates are then selected who meet or exceed this benchmark, which has the effect of raising the bar and increasing your number of employees to a higher productivity level.
This multi-faceted process can be conducted either on site or at eJobsAccredited Test Centre. The process usually involves an initial meeting to determine outcomes and the project design and, via a PC profiling set of questions, developing a benchmarking profile.
