Candidate 8811 (Financial Planner, eJobs Assessment: Level 2)

Qualifications: PS146 Compliant with DFP units 1-5 and currently on DFP 7.

Experience: 2 years 4 months as Senior Financial Planner with a bank; prior 2 years 5 months as a CSO and CS Manager for another bank.

Wants: Another Planning position where they can progress their career; more opportunities; mentoring; to go on to CFP.

Strengths: CS skills making it easy to become a trusted Adviser; able to open Clients’ eyes up to opportunities; can advice on Wealth creation, investments, retirement planning, superannuation & roll-over funds, and insurance needs

Salary: Looking for $55K+

 

Candidate 8540 (Financial Planner, eJobs Assessment: Level 2)

Qualifications: DFP held for last 2 years. 

Experience: 3 years Financial Planning; 1 year AMP plus 2 years as an external Proper Authority holder for another firm.

Prior Experience: 10 years army; 3 years police force.

Notes: Took on too much in trying to provide full planning and mortgage broking services to Clients – proved to be too much for one person.

Wants: To join a dealer group and work with, and be mentored by, others.  

Strengths: New Business Development and in explaining financial concepts simply.

Salary: $40K-$60K depending on the opportunity. 

 

Candidate 8512 (Senior Financial Planner, eJobs Assessment: Level 2-3)

Qualifications: DFP, expects CFP by July 2003; Associate Diploma Communication Engineering & Chartered Professional Engineer (C.P.Eng).

Experience: 5 years Financial Planning for an institution.

Prior Experience: 30 years Communications engineering.

Wants: A Senior Financial Planning role in a boutique practice providing support, admin and Para Planning to enable more time in front of the Client; comprehensive Financial Planning to major HNW clients. Also capable of a Management position.

Strengths: Mature, authoritative, knowledgeable and capable Planner; excellent Client relationship builder; efficient closer.

Salary: $Neg. Looking for $100K+ OTE; would consider equity. 

 

Candidate 8199 (Senior Financial Planner, eJobs Assessment: Level 3)

Qualifications: CFP

Experience: 6 years Financial Planning in 2 firms; Currently director of small independent firm undertaking wealth creation, retirement planning, tax planning, lifestyle planning and personal insurances; also experience in training, mentoring and managing other Planners.

Prior Experience: 18 years in Superannuation administration.

Wants: A Senior Financial Planning role in a larger practice offering more support; more responsibility in helping run a practice.

Strengths: In Mid-career, is very capable, dependable, loyal, hardworking and conscientious.

Salary: $80K with $120K OTE.

 

Candidate 2739 (Senior Financial Planner / Practice Manager, eJobs Assessment: Level 2-3)

Qualifications: CFP

Experience: Financial Planner at boutique firm specialising in SRI’s.

Prior Experience: 15 years Financial Planning experience in several institutions.

Wants: A Senior Financial Planning / Practice Management role.

Strengths: Good mentor; complex issues explained in layman’s terms; mid-career; very good technically.

Salary: $70K+
