  • We are Professional in our approach and maintain a high level of expertise in the Candidate's specialist industry. This allows us to better converse with Candidates, in offering career advice, interview and resume suggestions, salary expectation information, all ultimately aimed at improving their chances of employment.

    We understand Candidate confidentiality and never submit a Candidate's details to any employer without having gained their specific permission to represent them.

  • We maintain a database of high-calibre Candidates for different roles and actively market these individuals to selected Clients (geographically and/or by segmented client type) via our anonymous 'Candidate Summaries'. .

  • We provide online MyProfile Assessment Services, a complete range of Psychometric Tests and further Online Skills Tests to assess Candidates and provide confidence that we are finding you the best staff and the least risk of a 'bad hire'.

  • Temporary/Contract staff on our books and employed at a Client site are paid weekly on the Wednesday following (irrespective of Client settlement).
