Trevor Punnett
Managing Director & Manager Financial Planning Recruitment

Trevor founded eJobs in 1998 and focused on recruiting Accounting, Financial Planning and Sales & Marketing staff prior to specialising on the Financial Planning side.

He received his B.A. (Hons) Degree in Business Studies majoring in Marketing in England in 1986, also obtaining a Diploma in Marketing and a Diploma in Market Research in the same year.

Trevor's international career spans 17 years in Senior Marketing, Sales and Sales Management positions. He spent his Industrial Placement working for IBM in the UK before coming out to Australia on a working visa only to end up working for them again in Sydney!

Returning to the UK, Trevor got married and commenced a Marketing role for an Online Services company. He joined Datastream International - a global online financial information provider - in 1988, spending 3 years as the top salesperson in their London office before emigrating back to Australia and setting-up and running their Pacific office. In 1993 Trevor left for San Francisco for another 3 year stint setting-up and running their US West Coast office, travelling extensively around America.

Back in Australia in 1997, Trevor was Sales Manager for Intellect Australia's Internet Division before leaving to set-up eJobs. With over 20 years Sales and Sales Management experience and armed with an array of Sales Success Management and Development tools, Trevor is equipped to assist with your Sales Team coaching needs.

Separately, Trevor is General Manager of Paraplanning Australia Pty Ltd, a venture set up with a Financial Planning organisation to provide Outsourced Paraplanning Services to Independent Financial Advisers and Dealer Groups (www.Paraplanningaustralia.com.au).

Trevor is married with two children, is active in his local church, enjoys playing hockey and is an armchair aviator!

Jeff Andrew
Director & Manager IT Recruitment

Jeff Andrew started his IT career in 1969 as a System Programmer. He has a BSc from Newcastle University and became a Director/Owner of eJobs in January 2002

As a technocrat he designed and programmed Operating System Modifications and Database Engines. He has also set up and supported networks on Mainframes and Vaxes. Recently he has kept in touch with OO, C++ and Client Server Networks and Databases. He managed Ortex, a Software Development Company, using these technologies.

His Industry knowledge is broad based covering both Commercial and Manufacturing disciplines. He has been both a Technocrat and a Senior IT Manager delivering improved service and technology to BHP (1969), Australian Newsprint Mills (1981), Caltex (1990) and Ortex International (1995).

Jeff has introduced Quality Auditing, Change Management and effective recruiting processes and this led him into a career as an IT recruiter.

Jeff is qualified and experienced in Targeted Selection and Quality Systems Auditor processes. Jeff has been in IT recruiting since 1997 and enjoys meeting the needs of Candidates and Clients.

Jeff Le Compte
Manager, Accounting Recruitment & Business/Executive Coaching

Jeff Le Compte, Co-Founder of eJobs, has a Business Degree and holds his CPA and DFP Financial Planning qualifications. He is also our Business/Executive Coach.

He has 25 years experience in Accounting and Finance including experience in Chartered Accounting (in Business Services, Taxation and Auditing); Commercial Accounting (in Media, Investment, Property et al); and with such companies as BT Funds Management, ING Investment Management and the Commonwealth Bank.

Jeff is our specialist Business/Executive and Life Coach. He has a full arsenal of tools and strategies, customised for each client situation, to ensure they make clear well formed goals, and achieve them.

He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is a certified Master Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. Jeff is also a Member of CPA Australia, the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
