Russ is a Registered Psychologist with over ten years experience as an Organisational Psychologist providing Consultancy and Training in the areas of Organisational Design and Development, Psychological Testing and in Personality Profiling. He also has extensive experience in Transition Consultancy, Coaching, Mentoring, Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
Russ has delivered a number of programs on Change Management and wrote a paper on this topic after a research and study trip to the UK, looking at restructure and amalgamation among Government and private Authorities. He was also invited to present a paper to the International Congress on Local Government, Engineering and Public Works in Sydney on "The Role of Mediation in the Workplace" and a paper to the Law Institute of Victoria on "Managing Difficult Clients". Russ has worked with a wide range of organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
He has a good understanding of OH&S WorkCover Compliance, EEO, Diversity Issues and wider HR and Government Policy Requirements, such as the Privacy Amendment (Privacy Sector) Act 2000, along with a detailed understanding of the new Australian Recognition Training Framework (ARF); the Australian Qualifications Framework (AWF); the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA), VET and VETAB endorsed programs.
Russ also holds Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training 2001.
