Professional Integrity
We ensure that all our Consultants conform to the following principles of behaviour:
- That they treat as confidential all Client information, not using anything for purposes that might be detrimental to a Client
- Never sending confidential information indiscriminately
- Giving honest and truthful representation of all information in all dealings with Clients and Candidates. Obtaining permission before releasing confidential information
- Not soliciting, luring, or enticing away any Candidate from a role that they or another eJobs Consultant has placed within the previous 12 months, or from a Client with whom they or eJobs has an on-going business relationship
- Not encouraging or enticing, temporary or contract staff, or colluding with Clients to encourage temporary or contract staff, to transition from the employment of another employment agency to eJobs
- Not attempting to prevent a Candidate or temporary or contract worker from seeking work from other sources
- Not engage in any form of collusive practices
- Not knowingly put at risk Candidates, Clients or eJobs
- Adhering to the principles of truth in advertising
- Only advertising positions for which eJobs has permission to recruit
- Explicitly and fully disclosing all fees, charges and services to Clients prior to the acceptance of an assignment, or prior to any work being undertaken for a Client
- Prior to the engagement of a temporary or contract worker, that individual will be given details of work conditions, the nature of the work to be undertaken, rates of pay and pay arrangements. Any variation to the engagement can only occur with prior notification to the temporary or contract worker
- Informing the temporary or contract worker whenever we have reason to believe that a particular assignment causes an Operational Health and Safety risk
- Complying with all legal, statutory and Government requirements
- Ensuring they honour all legal and common law obligations to previous employers
