One common complaint from temporary and contract workers is how long they often have to wait before being paid by their agency. Many agencies purposely either delay payment, or wait until they themselves have been paid by the Client - often meaning several weeks delay before the temporary employee or contractor is paid. However, at eJobs we pay our Temporary employees and independent Contractors in the week following their employment.
