In order to provide a flexible service to meet a variety of client needs, the following levels of service have proven to be the most appropriate and are provided by eJobs.
Level One - How It Works:
Suitable for all employees that are motivated and already active in transitioning themselves but may wish to refine their skills, CV and marketing opportunities.
This service includes a brief discussion with the employee as to their aspirations, areas of competency and personal strengths as they perceive them to be. A tailored set of profiles are then run at an Accredited eJobs Test Centre, to gain some objective data and matching to a range of career options. A face-to-face feedback session (or via phone) is then conducted. At this session a report is provided and some short and long term goals are discussed.
Cost: $1,100
Level Two - How It Works:
Suitable for employees that require more than just profiling and some marketing support. This level also provides a 'no obligation session' with a qualified and registered Financial Planner.
This is often an important issue for those facing redundancy and have critical questions surrounding 'pay out' options, superannuation roll-over, tax and investment questions. This is a completely confidential service and will include the drawing up of a base financial plan.
In addition to the Financial Plan component, all other aspects of the service are the same as above.
Cost: $2,200
Level Three - How It Works:
This level includes all of the above in Level Two plus One Month job hunting support at our offices. An additional follow up session face to face or via the phone or e-mail is also held by one of our Psychology Team members at the end of the month, to review progress.
Suitable for all employees and those at Middle Management that require a more comprehensive program, and who may not have the immediate skills to quickly transition into a new position.
Cost: $3,850
Level Four - How It Works:
This level includes all of the above in Level Two plus three months job hunting support at our offices. An additional follow-up session face-to-face or via the phone or e-mail is also held by one of our Psychology Team members at the end of each month, to review progress.
Suitable for all employees and for Senior and Executive Candidates, that require a more comprehensive program including more intensive support, re-training and skill development to transition into a new position, or who need a few months to regain their drive.
Cost: $7,700
