There is no one single program that is used for Team Development. The starting point may require a needs analysis, focus groups, psychometric profiling, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or modules of the Management and Employee Development Advancement Program.

This program usually requires an initial scoping meeting to clarify required outcomes, group size, meeting location and time frame.

The cost for such programs will vary dependant on what is required. This may be best worked out on a per head basis (giving a volume discount) or on a per hour, half or full day rate.
